Your letter received today with return of the Wilhelm family leaflet. I will try to give you a little more information about yom' Campbell-Davis branch from my records. First, in my letter yesterday, 2d paragraph from bottom on page 2. About Chrischanie ]ane Raymond (lst cousin to Martha (Ra)~aond} Campl~ell married 1st John Raymond, brother of Mattha (Raymond) Campbell, 2nd Jack Howe, 3rd James Flint, 4th Nathan Cramer and 5th Moses Wilhelm. Children of Chrischanie Jand (Raymond) were to 1st mamage, John Raymond, died young, Joseph Raymond, born 2/6/1875, Siamon, MI. And he married and wwas the father of Mrs. Opal (Raymond) McQuay from whom I heard at 700 5th Street, GrcenviUe, MI, 1950 Greenville Phone book lists Mrs. Fannie Fuller at that adc)tess, a Campbell descendant. I wrote her twice since 1955. Letters net returned, no replies. To 2nd marriage of Chrischanie J. (Raymond), John Howe who lived at Barrytown, MI and Ida Howe who married Stephen Taft and wrote to me from Rivetdale, MI. To 3rd marriage of Chrischanie Jane (Raymond), Carrie F!im (Frank Brenner) who had 8 children, one daughter married a Whitney who was 1 of 5 brothers and sisters from Hornell, Steuben Co, NY.
And in this letter is information ahoat your own Raymond family, and will quote it, 'John Raymond married Hannah Smith, and children were, David (Ida Eiclder), Samuel (Oq~ Davis (Hults), Frank (Matilda'?O, John Jr. (Chrischanie J. Raymond, 1st cousin), William died in prison in Civil War, Matilda (George Cleveland), Margaret (Andrew Monroe, tst cousin to Monroe) (do not have it handy), Martha (Jesse Campbell) and Alonzo (Dora Davis).~ This leUer written 10/1/1935, Greenville, MI by Mrs. Fannie (Monroe)Fuller, daughter of Ellisworth Chester Monroe & Amy (Campbell) Monroe, Amy later married William H. King. 1 recall a visit of Amy & small child Fannie, to the home of my motor & stepfather near Hemlock, MI.
Look at Taft & Flint here, Flint in my list of heirs of the WILLLa3vt DAVIS of Amity Tv/p, Allegany Co, NY 1849. (**See letter of Sep 12,1960, note by Annette), And Milton Taft of Cowanesque, PA, (no kin to me) says that am:estor, Lalmn Taft had a brother * sister go from Steuben Co, NY to Midland, MI.
Now back to Davis-Northmp-Murtay-e~. Frank & Edith (Chase)Northrup family, Mona (l~loyd Evans)(Haxlsviile, NY), Myra, Pauline & Geraldine (twins), Glen Wilber Northrup b. 5/15/1920, died Mar or Apr 1936 anda Wilfred Not~hrup. There was a Geraldine Northrup being mised by a Husted family in I think, Woodhull. Engagement announced a year or so ago. Do~ not correspond with this, as gave mother's name in Westfield, PA, which was not Edith (Chase).
I beheve John 'Northrop (son of George and Betha (lYavis) Northrop married and did !ivc aroand Almond, NY. No info on family.
~e (Davis) Northrop family, children-Fred, Lewis, lzetta, Corotre. 1 mentioned Fred Northrap yesterday. Lewis Northrap married Alice Hulsc, a cousin. He is dead. Children -Kenneth, Thomas G, & Robert Northrop. lzetta ramxied Bert WoodwarcL Coretta (Dauius or I)q~s Broughton, a cousin). Children of Izetta (Northnap) Woodward, a daughter nramod Alex Withsoski, 2 children Robert & James Withsosld, did live in Philadelphia, PA. Bertha married and had a daughter who married (Donald 'Hicks), 2 children Wanela and Jackie Hicks. Moms, Kenneth & maybe }ohn Woodward.
Coretta Northrup married (Darius Broughton), children "Buddy~ (**Julius, note by Anne~), Mary (lst Mortiracr Russell), Li!!is, Myrtle (lst Walter Cole).
