On 1 May 1843, she married William Coats in Coshocton County, Ohio. He was born 30 Apr 1822 in Ohio. After Mary's death, he married Ann Elizabeth Patton on 22 Dec 1853 in Muskingum County, Ohio. They had at least six children. He died 16 Sep 1906 at age 84 in Breckenridge, Caldwell, Missouri.
