Jack Thomas Cassingham was born 8 Feb 1924 in Lyons, Rice, Kansas. He is the son of Jay Hollis Cassingham and Margaret Elizabeth Ainsworth. He was an engineer for Northern Natural Gas. He died 10 May 1978 at the age of 54 in Ector County, Texas.

On the 4th of July 1943, he married Golda Mae Ellis in Genesco, Rice, Kansas. She was born 13 Dec 1924 in Blackwell, Ray, Oklahoma. After Jack's death, she married (2) D. L. Irwin on 14 Oct 1990. She died 24 Nov 1997 at age 72 at her home in Snyder, Texas. She was buried 26 Nov 1997 in Andrews Old Cemetery, Andrews, Andrews, Texas.

1. Jacquelin Elaine Cassingham was born 9 Sep 1944 in Genesco, Rice, Kansas. She died there 3 months later, on 16 Dec 1944. She is buried in Lyons, Rice, Kansas.
2. Terry Lee Cassingham was born 27 or 28 Mar 1946 in Odessa, Ector, Texas. He died there less than a month later on 16 April 1946. He is buried in Lyons, Rice, Kansas.
3. Dana Michele Cassingham was born in 1949 in Kansas.
   • In 1967, she married (1) Virgil D. Battenfield.
   • In 1972, she married (2) Vic Lynn Hendrix.
   • In 2000, she married (3) Larry D. Brokar in Texas.
4. Scott Thomas Cassingham was born in 1952 in Kansas.

Notes

Golda's obituary says she was survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. We have no knowledge of most of these descendants.
