On 7 September 1948, she married Robert James Brown in Goff, Nemaha, Kansas. He is the son of Grant Raymond Brown and Eva Cordelia Hoss. He was born 13 May 1917 in Holton, Jackson, Kansas. He died 6 August 1978 at age 61 in McGaffey, McKinley, New Mexico. He is buried at Grants, Cibola, New Mexico.
