Estella Evelyn Seguine and Eugene Gerard Lab (Sr.). He
was born in 1952 in Ohio.
In 1977, he married Cynthia Ann Bank in Illinois.
She was born in 1958 in Illinois.
Children of Charles Edward Lab and Cynthia Ann Bank:
- Stephanie Joy Lab was born in 1980 in Illinois.
- Ashley Victoria Lab was born in 1982 in Illinois.
