Ella Ruth Christie Baber is the daughter of Powhatan Miller Baber (Sr.) and Elsie I. Christie. Known as Ruth, she was born 23 October 1912 in Princeton, Mercer, West Virginia. She died 6 January 2012 at age 99 in Sun City, Maricopa, Arizona.

• On 7 March 1931, at age 18, she married Colonel Ross Dilmore (Sr.), who was age 25, in Mountain Lake Park, Garrett, Maryland. He is the son of Charles Chambers Dilmore and Margaret Ann Wilson. He was born 22 February 1906 in Mars, Butler, Pennsylvania. He died 2 January 1969 at age 62 in New Martinsville, Wetzel, West Virginia.
• On 8 April 1972, at age 59, she married Joseph Thornton Mozley, who was age 61, in Mountain Lake Park, Garrett, Maryland. He is the son of Charles Almus Mozley and Ruth Ellen Phillips. He was born 10 May 1910 in New Mexico. He died 15 October 1995 at age 85 in Sun City, Maricopa, Arizona.
