GEORGE ORGAN

C 1803/04 - He was born in St James, Bristol (see 1861 census).
8 November 1830 - He made his mark in the register when he married Ann Farr in Temple Parish Church, Bristol (see parish register).
2 October 1831 - He was a labourer living in Bread St, Bristol, when their son George John was baptised in St Philip and Jacob’s parish church (see parish register).
14 December 1834 - Their daughter Eliza Ann was baptised in Holy Trinity parish church, Bristol (BVRI).
5 February 1837 - He was a labourer living in Bread St, Bristol, when their daughter Emma Maria was baptised in St Philip and Jacob’s parish church (see parish register).
8 December 1839 - Their son William Henry was baptised in St Philip & Jacob’s parish church, Bristol (Family Search web-site).
6 June 1841 - He was a labourer aged 30 (rounded down) living in Bread St, St Philip and Jacob (next door to the Queen's Head) with his wife Ann, their children George aged 9, Eliza aged 7 and Emma aged 5, and (his father-in-law) Francis Farr (see 1841 census).
12 December 1841 - He was a labourer living in Bread St, Bristol, when their son Edwin was baptised in St Philip and Jacob’s parish church (see parish register).
Tuesday 22 February 1842 - As George Organ was passing Mr Giles’, druggist, on The Crescent, Clifton, with a load of coal, a horse, belonging to the troop of cavalry quartered there, kicked him so severely in passing, that it was supposed his thigh was broken (see The Bristol Mercury dated Saturday 26 February 1842).
30 March 1851 - He was a haulier aged 43 living at 3 Bread St, Bristol with his wife Ann, children Eliza, Emma and Edwin and Francis Farr (his father-in-law) (see 1851 census).
7 April 1861 - He was a haulier and a widower aged 57, living with his daughter Emma and her husband Samuel Heskins, their children Edwin, John and Eliza, and his son Edwin at 28 Bread St, st Philip and Jacob, Bristol (see 1861 census).
13 September 1863 - He was a haulier aged 57 when he died in Bread St, Bristol, of phthisis (death certificate).
2 October 1863 - Edward Hill of Wade St, Bristol, who had been present at his death, notified the registrar (death certificate).
6 October 1863 - He was from St Philip and Jacob when he was buried aged 57 in the burial ground of the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, Baptist Mills (ancestry.co.uk web-site and info from Bev 1 July 2017).

ANN ORGAN (NÉE FARR) (daughter of Francis and Sarah Farr)

8 November 1830 - She signed the register when she married George Organ in Temple Parish Church, Bristol (see parish register).
6 June 1841 - Aged 35 (rounded down), she was living in Bread St, St Philip and Jacob (next door to the Queen's Head) with her husband George, their children George, Eliza and Emma, and (her father) Francis Farr (see 1841 census).
4 August 1850 - She was present at the death of her son George John Organ (GJO's death certificate).
10 August 1850 - She was living in Bread St, Bristol when she registered the death of her son George John (GJO's death certificate).
30 March 1851 - Aged 49, she was living at 3 Bread St, Bristol with her husband George, children Eliza, Emma and Edwin, and (her father) Francis Farr (see 1851 census).
29 April 1860 - She died aged 58 in Bread St, Bristol, of consumption and diarrhea. Her daughter E M Heskins was with her (death certificate).
2 May 1860 - Her daughter E M Heskins of Unity St, Bristol notified the registrar (death certificate).
6 May 1860 - She was buried aged 59 in Baptist Mills (ancestry.co.uk web-site).

GEORGE JOHN ORGAN (son of George and Ann Organ)

2 October 1831 - He was 3 weeks old when he was baptised in St Philip & Jacob’s parish church, Bristol (see parish register).
6 June 1841 - Aged 9, he was living in Bread St, St Philip and Jacob (next door to the Queen's Head) with (his parents) George and Ann and (his siblings) Eliza and Emma, and (his grandfather) Francis Farr (see 1841 census).
4 August 1850 - He was a haulier aged 18 when he died in Bread St, Bristol of a disease of the hip (not certified) (death certificate).
11 August 1850 - He was aged 18 when he was buried at St Philip and Jacob parish church, Bristol (LDS familysearch web-site).

ELIZA ANN BOND (NÉE ORGAN) (daughter of George and Ann Organ)

14 December 1834 - She was baptised in Holy Trinity parish church, Bristol (BVRI).
6 June 1841 - Aged 7, she was living in Bread St, St Philip and Jacob (next door to the Queen's Head) with (her parents) George and Ann and (her siblings) George and Emma, and (her grandfather) Francis Farr (see 1841 census).
30 March 1851 - Aged 17, she was living with her parents, siblings and grandfather at 3 Bread St, Bristol (see 1851 census).
11 July 1854 - She was a spinster aged 21 living at 104 Temple St, Bristol when she married Henry Bond in Temple parish church. She signed the register (marriage certificate).
7 April 1861 - Aged 26, she was living in the Coal Shop, Bedminster with her husband Henry and their children Sarah A, George and Matilda (see 1861 census).
2 April 1871 - Aged 35, she was living at 1 Barton St, St Philip and Jacob, Bristol, with her husband Henry and their children George, Matilda, Henry, William and Edwin (see 1871 census).
3 April 1881 - Aged 47, she was living at 8 Barton St, Bristol, with her husband and children (see 1881 census).

HENRY BOND (son of Joseph and Jane Bond)

17 June 1827 - He was 3 weeks old and from St Philips when he was baptised in St Philip and Jacob's parish church, Bristol. His father was a labourer (info from Tony Harrison 24/6/07).
6 June 1841 - He was a labourer aged 14 living in Mary le Port Place, St Philip and Jacob, Bristol, with (his parents) Joseph, a labourer aged 45 (rounded) and Jane aged 35 (rounded), and (his siblings Elizabeth aged 8, Susan aged 2, and William, a labourer aged 15 (see 1841 census).
30 March 1851 - He was a worker at a coal wharf aged 23 living at 4 Oxford buildings, St Philip and Jacob, with his parents Joseph, a gaslamp lighter aged 59, and Jane aged 45, and his siblings Elizabeth aged 19, Susan aged 15, Sarah Ann aged 10, Joseph aged 7, Emma aged 5 and Maria aged 2 (see 1851 census).
11 July 1854 - He was a haulier aged 24 living at 104 Temple St, Bristol when he married Eliza Ann Organ in Temple parish church. He made his mark in the register (marriage certificate).

29 June 1860 - Their daughter Matilda was born (see parish register) in Bristol (see 1861 census).
7 April 1861 - He was a coal haulier aged 32 living in the Coal Shop, Bedminster with his wife Eliza and their children Sarah A aged 6, George aged 4 and Matilda aged 9 months (see 1861 census).
19 May 1861 - He was a haulier living in Bread St when their daughter Matilda was baptised in St Philip and Jacob parish church, Bristol (see parish register).
Monday 1 July 1861 - He appeared at the Borough Petty Sessions (Bristol) along with James Francis, summoned by Sgt Boug for leaving three carts laden with stone standing on the highway for nearly three hours on 21 June. Two of the carts belonged to Francis and one to Edwin. Both had been found by the sergeant drinking in the Fountain Inn. Francis was fined 2/- with 8/- costs and Edwin was fined 1/- and 8/- costs (see the Bristol Mercury dated Saturday 6 July 1861).
2 August 1862 - Their son Henry Edwin was born (see parish register) in Bristol (LDS 1881 census web-site).
26 October 1862 - He was a haulier living in Bread St when their son Henry Edwin was baptised in St Philip and Jacob parish church, Bristol (see parish register).
C 1868/69 - Their son William was born in Bristol (see 1871 census).
C January 1871 - Their son Edwin was born in Bristol (see 1871 census).
2 April 1871 - He was a labourer aged 43 living at 1 Barton St, St Philip and Jacob, Bristol, with his wife Eliza and their children George aged 14, Matilda aged 10, Henry aged 8, William aged 2 and Edwin aged 3 months (see 1871 census).
9 February 1873 - Their daughter Rosina Emily was baptised in St Philip and Jacob’s parish church, Bristol (LDS familysearch web-site).
4 April 1874 - He was living at 1 Barton St, St Philip, Bristol, when he advised the registrar of the death of Edwin Organ (his brother-in-law) (EO's death certificate).
15 August 1875 - Their son William Edwin was baptised in St Philip and Jacob parish church, Bristol (LDS familysearch web-site).
23 June 1878 - Their daughter Eliza Ann was baptised in St Philip and Jacob parish church, Bristol (LDS familysearch web-site).
3 April 1881 – He was an unemployed general labourer aged 53 living at 8 Barton St, St Philip and Jacob, Bristol, with his wife Eliza, children George, a general labourer aged 23, Henry, a general labourer aged 18, William, a scholar aged 6, Mildia (?) Harold aged 20, and Robert Harold, his son-in-law, aged 20, a shoemaker (see 1881 census).
18 March 1884 - He was present at the death of his wife Eliza Ann at their home, 2 Barton St, Bristol. He advised the registrar the same day. He made his mark in the register. He was a general labourer (EAB's death certificate).
5 April 1891 - He was a haulier and a widower aged 65 living at 3 Feeder Rd, St Philip and Jacob, Bristol with his daughter Sarah, aged 37, and her husband Joseph Seward and their children (see 1891 census).
16 February 1894 - He was a horse driver aged 66 when he died in the Barton Regis Workhouse, Eastville, of senile decay (death certificate).
19 February 1894 - His daughter Sarah Seward of 3 Duffetts Buildings, Bristol, advised the registrar. She made her mark in the register (death certificate).
25 February 1894 - He was buried aged 66 at Baptist Mills (LDS familysearch web-site).

EMMA MARIA HESKINS (NÉE ORGAN) (daughter of George and Ann Organ)

5 February 1837 - She was aged 1 month when she was baptised in St Philip and Jacob’s parish church, Bristol (see parish register).
6 June 1841 - Aged 5, she was living in Bread St, St Philip and Jacob (next door to the Queen's Head) with (her parents) George and Ann and (her siblings) George and Eliza, and (her grandfather) Francis Farr (see 1841 census).
30 March 1851 - Aged 15, she was living with her parents, siblings and grandfather at 3 Bread St, Bristol (see 1851 census).
7 May 1855 - She was a spinster aged 21 living in Temple, Bristol when she married Samuel Pitt Heskins in Temple Parish Church (see parish register).
