Memorandum that upon the Sixteenth day of August Anno dñi 1701 Elizabeth Alefounder late of Greate Clackton in the County of Essex Spinster decd- being sick of the Sicknesse whereof she died but of a sound disposing mind and memory, and having an intent to dispose of her Effects did declare her mind and make her will Nuncupative or by word of mouth in these or the like words following vizt I doe give all that I haue to my brother John Alefounder which words or the same in effect shee the said Elizabeth the Testatrix did utter and declare as and for her last will and Testament in the presence and hearing of Credible Witnesses who have hereunto subscribed their names ./.
