Notes for Jean PADDOC
Huguenot who fled from France circa 1580. He eventually settled near Dublin in Stephenstown, though he also owned land at Tullygovan, County Louth, and apparently moved there at some point, as he died there. On Oct. 3, 1589, John and his family were mentioned in the will of his father Paul Paddoc, Siegneur de Le Cateau et de Montherme. (Worldconnect/680559 cites Curfman, though I didn't find the information when I had the book)
Notes for Jeannette Jennin
"Came to Ireland with her uncle Jean JENNIN in 1570 from France" says one unattributed internet source, which would fit in with Huguenot emigration.
