Notes for William Sparks
William Sparks migrated to Maryland and had purchased land in Talbot County (now Queen Anne's County) by 1672.  His primary plantation was "on the east side of Chester River near the head of a small branch of Island Creek."  This is a few miles southwest of Church Hill, Maryland.
