On July 29, 1658, George and Ann sold 100 acres of land, took their children and moved to Maryland near where Thomas Aldridge (George's brother) lived. In about 1668 George received a 350-acre land grant from Cecilius Calvert, also known as Lord Baltimore. That 350-acre piece of land was known as Indian Neck Manor. George died and his will was proved in Talbot County, Maryland, on December 16, 1679. In that will George listed his children, leaving Indian Neck Manor to his son Thomas.
