There are three John Maddock marriage records at St. John: Ellen Harryson on 29 Mar 1607/08, Jane Broster on 16 Jun 1609, and Margret Lee in 1620. None of these is early enough to be John the baker. Burial records indicate Ellen was the wife of the tanner, she was burried bur 16 Mar 1608/09. He then married Jane, who was buried 8 Jul 1622.
