Notes for William KILBORNE
Probably the witness to the Stocton charter of 1454. In 1471, William, along with William Cutte, John Balle, and Robert Arneys were “enfeoffed” of a small tract of Trumpington land in Hawkeston by Thomas Hummale. The land was reconveyed with new trustees (Andrew listed instead of William) in 1478. Children John, Thomas, Willaim, Agnes, Margareta, Elizabeth, Joanna, Robert, Hugh and Nicholas listed in will, no other information except that John, Thomas and William were the only ones of age in 1500.
