    Sarah, daughter   of Tobias and Charlotte (Resslye)
Lantz was born July    5, 1836. She married John Benson,
Dec. 18, 1856.  He was a lawyer, practicing at Lebanon, Pa.
Her descendents are:

   1. Laura E., born July 6, 1860, married Jacob G. Adams,
      lawyer, Lebanon, Pa.;
   2. Cyrus L., born Dee. 15, 1862;
   3. Charlotte, born Mar. 21, 1866, married Charles S.
      Howard;
   4. Sarah M., born May 17, 1868;
   5. Mary G., born Dee. 8, 1879.

                    THE FAMILY OF CYRUS R. LANTZ

         F145           Cyrus R. Lantz           F14

    Cyrus Ressley Lantz, son of Tobias and'Charlotte
(Ressley) Lantz was born Aug. 26, 1842.  Educated in public
schools and college, brought up a farmer, taught school,
read law, and was admitted to bar of Lebanon County, Pa.
He was a veteran of the Civil War, 127th Pa.  Volunteers.
After the war, he became a prominent lawyer of Lebanon,
Pa., and was a member of the State Senate in 1883.  He mar-
ried Mary Ann Kauffman, Apr. 27,1865.  He died June, 1923.'
His descendents are:

   1. Lily Jane, born Feb. 13, 1867, married Jacob E.
      Reinoehl, Lebanon, Pa.;
        1. Margaret Lantz Reinoehl, born Sept. 2, 1907, grad-
           uate of Wilson College, technician by profession;
        2. Mary Kauffman Reinoehl, born May 23, 1912;

   2. Rev. Henry Kauffman Lantz, born Feb. 19, 1874, at
      Lebanon, Pa., educated in Lebanon city schools, Muhl-
      enburg College, Allentown, and the Lutheran Theologi-
      cal Seminary, Chicago, Ill.  Mar. 6, 1896, he married
      Gertrude Elizabeth Weaber, daughter of William F.
      and Tillie Weaber.  Began his ministry at Frankfort,
      Ind., where he was pastor for two years, served St.
      John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Shiremanstown,
      Pa., for 19 years.  Since 1923 has been pastor of St.
      James Lutheran Church, Reading, Pa.;
