    Christian Lantz, son of Samuel and Magdalina (Fisher)
Lantz was born Feb. 6, 1808.  He lived in Lancaster County
and Mifflin County, Pa.  He died May 22, 1888.  He married
Leah Zook and they had the following children: Magdalina,
born Oct. 19, 1832.  Died March 25, 1863.  Married to Joseph
Beiler, 1853.  One son Menno; Barbara, Lancaster, Pa., un-
married, born Jan. 5, 1834, died April 2, 1916; Samuel, born
Aug. 11, 1836, died April 26, 1909; David Zook, born Nov.
18, 1838, died Sept. 6, 1908; Fisher, born Dec. 9, 1840, died
in infancy; Leah, born Nov. 14, 1841, died Feb. 21, 1865,
unmarried; Christian, born May 18, 1844, died; Susan, born
Mar. 31, 1846, died Jan. 24, 1865, unmarried; Joel, born Feb.
7, 1848, died in infancy; John S., born Jan. 12, 1849, died
Oct. 7, 1920; Simeon B., born Jan. 23, 1851, died March 5,
1888; and Menno S., born Feb. 7, 1854, died April 23, 1920.

    Magdalina Lantz, daughter of Christian and Leah
(Zook) Lantz was born Oct. 19, 1832 and died 1863.  She
married Joseph Beiler and had one child: Menno S. Beiler.

         B4233          Samuel Lantz             B423

    Samuel Lantz, son of Christian and Leah Lantz was
born Aug. 11, 1836.  He was a farmer and Amish Minister.
In 1858, he married Sarah Zook and they had five children:
Levi Lantz, born June 1, 1861, died Apr. 10, 1864; Chris-
tiana, born Aug. 13, 1863; Christian, born Mar. 12, 1866,
unmarried, Salem Mass.  Y. M. C. A.; John P., born Dec. 1,
1868, unmarried, Newport, R. I., Y. M. C. A., an infant born
July 8, 1871, died in infancy.

    David Z. Lantz, son of Christian and Leah Lantz was
born Nov. 18, 1836.  In 1863, he married Anna Blank and
they had children: Anna Mary Lantz; Henry Christian;
Susie Leah; David Parke, born Aug. 15, 1881, married
Lillian Forry, both missionaries in South America, no chil-
dren; Samuel B., born Mar. 25, 1885, died 1888; and Francis
Barbara, born Oct. 7, 1881, Missionary.

    Christian Lantz, son of Christian and Leah Lantz was
born May 18, 1844.  He lived at Newton, Kansas.  In 1869
he married Rebecca Zook.  Their children were: Isaac Mil-
