Jane went to live in Australia. She is recorded as living in Richmond Central, Yarra, Vicotoria in 1914. She may have come back temporarily because she appears to have left from London for Sydney, Australia in 1923 (Miss J McGinty, her address being recorded as 16 Buchannan Street, Edinburgh - the same address her brother James got marrried from in 1919). In 1968 and 1972 she is recorded on the electoral rolls in Epping, Parramatta and Eastlakes Kingsford-Smith both in New South Wales.
