Benjamin is noted as a witness at the wedding of Joshua Fretwell and Betty Thornton. At his baptism it is noted he was born to Joshua (Snr.) in Kidfield Nook, Hoylandswaine - the same place Martha (Joshua Snr's wife) died. He is still living in Kidfield Nook at the time of the 1841 census. Benjamin was a Weaver.
