My direct blood lines Loyalist ancestors were Harmanus/Harmonius Wannamaker, Russell Pitman, John Latta. All of these men married into the Wanamaker/Wannamaker family. Andrew, Hendrick, Harmanus, Jacob, Johannis, Pieter W. and Thomas were brothers born in New Jersey before the American Revolutionary War. Note below this list.

((*)) Note Jacob and Jacobus could be two different men. We find Jacob Wanamaker in the musters of the New Jersey Volunteers and we find Jacobus Wannamaker in the musters of the King's Orange Rangers. Did Johannis Wanamaker die during the American Revolutionary War or was he alive and well in Upper Canada name of John Wanamaker? Stay tuned for these and other mysteries to be solved!
