This is a photo of my mother and some of her siblings. Front row; William Sherman Collins, Lizzie Mae Collins. Second row; Hascue Collins, Lydia Frances Collins (my mother), Maggie Collins. Back row; Malcolm Hobart Collins & John Henry Collins (John Henry is son of Daniel Harrison Collins, so he is first cousin to the rest). This picture was taken in �Trimble Branch�, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

Sadly, all of the siblings in the photo are deceased. My mother is now living in Florida, but goes back to Kentucky periodically. She still owns her home in Kentucky, near the �man-made� lake I mentioned before. The Native American/�Melungeon� features are still quite evident in this generation, and I have no doubt as to my NA ancestry. Still, the �mysterious� Melungeon  question remains.....
