Cyril married Dorothy Caroline Harris at the Parish Church of Rotherham on 28 June 1924. The marriage was by license. Cyril was a farmer and resident at Sandhill Farm, Rawmarsh . His father was Samuel Ardron, a farmer (deceased). Dorothy was resident at 67 Wheathill Street. Her father was William Harris, an iron worker. Cyril was aged 23 years and Dorothy was 22. My 1st cousin twice removed was born on 29 October 1925 at Sandhill Farm, Rawmarsh . His father was Cyril Ardron, a farmer. The informant was his mother, Dorothy Caroline Ardron (formerly Harris) resident at Sandhill Farm. (GRO cert BXBZ296560 + GRO ref Rotherham 9c 1222 Dec 1925 - Harris)
