Kielbasa and Kraut

This has been a good dish for taking to pot-luck dinners at work or
church and is so easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 1 link your favorite kielbasa, smoked
- 1 large jar of sauerkraut
- 1 onion, diced
- butter or margarine
- pepper, to taste
- caraway, to taste
- brown sugar, to taste
Preparation:
- Saute the diced onion in butter or margarine until it is transparent.
- Add the rinsed kraut and cook until it is tender.
- Add brown sugar, caraway and black pepper.
- When the flavors have blended, mix the kraut
with kielbasa and bake in the oven for about 30-45 minutes.
You can always add to the spices, but cannot take them away, so that is
why my seasonings are "to taste".
