The birth records are extracted from the General Register Office birth indexes. I have tried to include surname variations where I have found them.
The records are arranged in chronological order starting from the earliest, and are ordered as follows reading from left to right:-
1. Surname
2. First name/s.
3. Place of birth registration.
4. GRO reference, (Volume number followed by page number).
Due to many of the earlier records being handwritten it is not possible to guarantee the accuracy of place names and references.
