Charlie lived at Rural Route # 2 Clinton Tennessee on the old McMahan home place. He and his wife Anna Mae raised two sons Paul and Terry. One thing that stands out in my memory of Charlie was the fact that he was a real good mechanic. He could take his hands and short out a six cylinder flat head motor. He had a brain hemmorage when the boys were still small, and lost his ability to work on cars. But he loved his boys more than anything in the world. He would pat them on the head and say God Bless my little man.
