I found the following information:

PETERS, Eliza E. (Radford)      1873 - 1949 With R. Edward
PETERS, R. Edward               1867 - 1952

The name "Radford" in parentheses apparently implies that her maiden name was Radford.
It was not.

Eliza Ella PETERS and her husband, Robert Edward PETERS, were 1st cousins.

Eliza Ella PETERS was a sister of my grandmother, Minnie PETERS.  Their parents were Jehu H. PETERS and Mary Jane PETERS (1st cousins once removed).

R. Edward PETERS (Robert Edward PETERS) was the son of Charles Richard PETERS and Ruth Anglin RICHARDS.

And Charles Richard PETERS and Jehu H. PETERS were brothers.
