WILL OF ISAAC BOOTH

Isaac BOOTH died testate with a LW&T signed on 19 July 1837
and proved on 16 Sep 1837.

In the name of God Amen. I, Isaac BOOTH, of Lawrence County and State of
Arkansas, being in sound mind and memory and knowing the uncertainty of
life, do constitute and make this my Last Will and Testament in the
following words and form to wit: I give and bequeath unto Mary BOOTH, my
loving wife, one third part of my personal estate and my negro girl, Sopha,
to wait on her during her natural life and then to return to my daughter,
Permelia BOOTH, and to be her property. Fifty acres of land whereon my son,
Abner BOOTH, deceased, to be for the benefit of his legal representatives.
Also I give one dollar to my son, George BOOTH, to be paid by my executor in
twelve months after my death. Unto my son, Daniel Booth, I give one dollar.
Also to my son, Isaac BOOTH, I give one dollar. In the like manner, also to
my daughter, Frelove POWERS, I give one dollar. In like manner, to my
daughter, Anna ALEXANDER, I give one dollar. In like manner, I give Zella
LANGDON one dollar.  In like manner, to the children of my daughter, Adah
BOOTH, I give one dollar. In like manner, to my son, Henry Stephen BOOTH, I
give one dollar. In like manner, to my son, Ferguson BOOTH, I give six
hundred dollars, which received and also one dollar more when the estate is
settled. In like manner to my son, White BOOTH, fifty dollars, which he has
received and the of land which I deeded to (--?--) I price at one thousand
dollars, which if it should be over his proportionate part of an equal
division with Roberts and Permelia he is to refund back to them. In like
manner, I give to my son, Roberds, five hundred thirty five dollars, which
he has received, and an  equal dividend with White and Permelia when the
estate is settled. In like manner, I give my daughter, Permelia, an equal
part with White and Roberds.  Pricing the negro girl I willed at five
hundred dollars when the estate is settled. I constitute and appoint my
loving wife, Mary BOOTH, and my son, Roberds BOOTH, my executrix and
executor of my Last Will and Testament revoking all others. In testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand affixed my seal this 19th July 1837.
