Mary R Brewer Barrett:
"Sunset in one land is dawn in another, also death is more than the close on earth's short day. It is the dawn of a larger and more beautiful day beyond. Mary R. Brewer Barrett was born in Crawford County, Pa., April 22, 1861. Very quietly she departed this life at her home in Swanton, Ohio, March 11, 1930, at the age of 68 years, 10 months and 17 days. She was united in marriage to Cyrus Barrett December 4th, 1879. There remains to mourn her husband, four children, Mrs. Wm. Dannenberger, of Bowling Green, Ohio, William and Charles of Swanton, Ohio, Mrs. Ed. Neis, of Ann Arbor, Michigan and thirteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren, two sisters, one brother and many other relatives and friends. She was a kind and loving wife and mother and was loved by all who knew her. When a girl she united with the Disciple church at Lyons, Ohio, and has always remained a member of that church. She was ever obedient and faithful to her Saviour.
CARD OF THANKS We wish to thank all the friends who assisted during our bereavement, especially do we thank Rev. J. C. Plummer for his consoling words, the singers and those who gave floral tributes. Cyrus Barrett and family."
