Note: Emily PALMER was the daughter of John and Lucy PALMER. After John’s death Lucy married James Cobbledick (see #53). She became Lucy Jane Cobbledick’s mother. Lucy Jane married William Barrows in 1862.

William and Sarah Barrows’ daughter Mercy married Isaac Smith; their son, Frederick Edward Smith married Ellen Mary Collins in Broken Hill, NSW, January 1906; other children of Mercy and Isaac Smith, ?, Arthur, ?, Fred, Maud, Ruby, Lucy, Eva, Gertrude (my mother thinks there were ten). Frederick & Ellen's children all born in Broken Hill Arthur Geoffrey Smith (deceased) Geoff married Dorothy Drew child, Janice Drew Smith, born 26th Sep 1934 married Edward Mardon (deceased) child, Wendy Leanne Mardon, 19th Dec 1963 Marjory Estelle Smith (my 80 yr old mother)(now Cameron).
