Camp Family

There is a great deal of information on this site, scattered all about in Cemetery records, census records, etc. regarding the Camp family, and I haven't gotten around to organizing it just yet. (Anyone wants to take on that task, go right ahead. We always welcome help here!)

So until now, there hasn't actually been a Camp home page at all. Recently I did receive an e-mail with a tidbit about the Camp family that resided at Atsion, and I decided to finally put this page up so that information at least would be accessible to everyone.

So here's what I have regarding the Camp family of Atsion:
On the 1900 Federal Census, on Atsion Road in Hammonton Township(?), resided:
Moses Camp Head (legal name was Moses Benjamin Ephraim Camp)
Martha Camp Wife (maiden name was Warner)

Their son Stephen Parson Camp was also living a few houses down:

Stephen Head
Vira Wife
Ella May Daughter
Charles Leon Son

This family has origins in Lower Bank, Washington Township, Burl Co, NJ and I'm not sure they spent much time in Atsion but they were there in 1900.
Moses Benjamin Camp was the son of Stephen Parson Camp and Sarah Horne. Their other children were: Moses married Martha Warner in January 1867 and had:
Ella May, Michael, Stephen, George.
