James Heerey Family
James Heerey was my great-great-great-great grandfather. He lived and died in
Ireland to the best of my knowledge. I know very little about him at all, other than
his name and that of his wife and children. In fact, only his wife's maiden
name is known at this point.
Her last name was Leddy, but I have no idea what her given name was.
As far as I know, James Heerey had four children:
- James Heerey, who married Catherine Wethers. They were in turn the
parents of four children:
- Anne Heerey
- Patrick Heerey, born Sep 1876 and died January 1966.
- Michael Heerey
- Bridget Heerey

Bernard Heerey. He married a woman named Roseanne, although her surname
is somewhat
difficult to decipher from their son's birth certificate. It looks like it
may be "Farrel" or "Fannely" or something of that nature. Clicking on Bernard's name will take you to more information about his
descendants.
- Michael Heerey
- a sister whose name is unknown; she married one Tommy "Phil-Joe"
O'Reilley. They were the parents of:
- James O'Reilley, who married a woman with the surname of Brady
and had:
- Patsy Brady
- Mary Brady
- Catherine Brady
- Frances Brady
- a sister whose name is not known, other than that she became a nun.
