Right now I have almost nothing on this family, but a visitor to this site sent me some info on them some time ago and I am posting it here in hopes that someone else out there has some information regarding them. If you can help, please send us an e-mail at [email protected].

George Kerr was born in Ireland about 1842. Sometime around 1868 or 1869, he married a woman by name of Susannah Budd. She was also born in Ireland, about 1843.

We are not sure when they came to the United States, but they were found on the 1880 and 1900 censuses in Vineland, NJ. No record of them for 1910 or 1920 has yet been found, it is possible they were both dead by that time.

The children we know of were:

1. Fannie Kerr, who married a man named William Schmidt.
2. Margaret Kerr, who married a man named ___Horan and moved to Philadelphia. We believe her husband was deceased by 1900.
3. George William (or William George) Kerr, who died young and is buried in the Rosehill Cemetery in Newfield, NJ
