Mr. Vaughn was born April 19, 1947 in Swartz Creek, the son of Clarence and Myrtle (Samson) Vaughn. He married Marsha L. Adams on September 29, 1977 in Gaines. Mr. Vaughn was a graduate of Swartz Creek High School and a veteren of the US Army. He had resided in Fenton the past 12 years coming from Swartz Creek. He was employed by A.C. Spark Plug for 33 years. Mr. Vaughn was an avid fisherman. Surviving are: wife, Marsha; son, Raymond and wife Cindie Gifford of Flint; daughter, Karen Gifford of California; 2 grandchildren, Skip & Patrick; brothers and sisters, Robert and wife Julie, Nicholas and wife Nancy, Randy, Doris Montague, Roger and wife Marsha, James and wife Judy, Barbara and husband Kenneth Erler and Terry, sister-in-law, Sonjia Vaughn; special sister, Barbara Parrish; special niece and nephews, Vickie, Don and Steven Cauthen; and several nieces and nephews.
