Funeral services for Mr. Wilton F. "Wit" Bedwell, age 77, are scheduled
for 3:00 PM, today, Thursday, January 11, 2007 at Palestine Cumberland Presbyterian
Church with Bro. Tim Maness officiating. Burial will follow in Palestine Cemetery.
Pafford Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bedwell died early Wednesday in Lexington. He was born September 12, 1929
in Henderson County to the late Ernest "Shorty" and Raymelle Hart Bedwell.
He was a retired truck driver for Lexington Metal, a member of Palestine Cumberland
Presbyterian Church, and a mason.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Ernestine Liles.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Mrs. Juanita Bedwell; three sons, Jeffery
Wayne, Kenny Lee (Natasha), and Bradley Wilton (Tammi) Bedwell; two daughters,
Linda Kay (James) Lindsey and Kathy Ann (Benny) Woods; two brothers, Frank (Rebecca)
and Earl (Doris) Bedwell, all of Lexington; nine grandchildren and nine-great
