Mary Page, 83, of Lyons and formerly of Pleasantville, passed away at 4:55 a.m. Saturday at the Lyons Health and Living Center.

She was born in Sullivan County on June 12, 1924 to Claude Bedwell and Sarah Hardesty Bedwell.

Mary was a member of the Moose Lodge in Linton, and the Linton Ladies Civitan.

Survivors include: one son, Richard Page of Huntingburg; seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thadius Leroy Page; one son, Donald Page; one daughter, Marilyn Mitchell; eight brothers, Emil, Ollis, Doyle, Paul, Dave, Oscar, Squire, and Howard Bedwell; and four sisters; Ruby Taylor, Retha Matthews, Maxine Walters, and Sara June Bedwell.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with Brother J.B. Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
