Maxie Ison Bedwell, seventy, of Premium, died Monday, July 18, 1994 at the Hazard
Appalachian Regional Hospital. Survivors include her husband, John D. Bedwell
of Premium; her mother, Myrtle Hawkins, of Premium; two daughters: Linda Jo Dicks
of Premium and Bessie Lou Adams of Letcher; (and) three sons: William David Bedwell
of Whitesburg, Andrew Bedwell of Loyall, and John D., Jr. of Eolia. . . . Burial
took place in the Kingdom Come Cemetery at Kingdom Come, Kentucky. John D. Bedwell
and Maxie Ison had the following children:
