He was born Nov. 6, 1919, in Cedar Springs, Va., a son of Charles W. and Elizabeth McKaughn Bedwell. Mr. Bedwell was an Air Force veteran, serving for 20 years. He was a member of St. Johns Lodge 1 in Portsmouth, N.H., for 42 years. Surviving are his companion, Mildred Jaeger, of Knob Noster; and a niece, Rita Vaught, of Virginia. The body was cremated. There will be no services. Arrangements were under the direction of Moore Funeral Home in La Monte.
