she came with her parents from Sparta, TN and relocated in Clay Township, IA.
She was first married to a man named Mills. They owned and occupied the Eugene
Morgan and Omer Long Farms. They had one female child who died while still a
baby. Soon afterwards, Mr. Mills died, after which time, two thirds of their
farm property reverted by law to Mills' brothers and sisters. Then Tellitha married
George Washington Waters.
