All were born in Tennessee except for Francis, who was born in Illinois. Sisley is shown as unable to read or write.

Willis L. Bedwell and Sisly Ann E. Davis were married on 14 Feb 1853 in Lincoln County, Tennessee.^294,295 Sisly Ann E. Davis (daughter of Pleasant Davis and Edny Bell) was born about 1832 in Tennessee.²⁹⁰ She appeared in the census in 1870 in Montgomery County, Tennessee. Willis L. Bedwell and Sisly Ann E.
