a side of Isaacs Br. which Robt. Webb purchased from Thomas Bedwell. decd, and
also any other claim John Webb may have in Kent Co. Wit; Geo Manlove; Hugh Durborown

Kent Co., Deleware- Deed- 1741- John Webb, Carpenter of Kent Co. gives
50 pounds for tract from Robt Bedwell of Kent where Robt and his brother, James,
now dwell in Mutherkill Hund on a side of Isaac's Br, named Wedmore, laong Isaac
Br to Bear swamp; 3444a. Webb gets 1/2 of land. Bedwell appointed John Clayton,
Jr of Kent to ack. Wit: James Clayton; James Bedwell. John Clayton came into
court by oath of James Clayton a witness: ack this deed (M 109) (Note: John
Webb and cousin, James Clayton sold land on same day in Kent Co.)
Kent Co., Deleware- 1748- Deed ....his will did give the same to be divided
between his two sons James and Robert , afs and whereas Robert Bedwell did sell
all his right of land unto John Webb Book M fol 109 , and whereas James Bedwell
& John Webb have since divided the afsd tr w side of Bedwell Br.... binding
on Isaacs Br between the present dwelling plantations of the said Jno Webb &

for 110 pounds sold to William Manlove of same place yeoman,.... a tr of land,
whereas William Rodeney late of this co was seized of a parcell of land being
pt/o a larger tract called Wedmore a side of Isaacs br and a side of Dover River
340a and whereas William Rodney did convey the same unto the afsd Robert Bedwell
and James Bedwell (book B fol 289) and Robert Bedwell conveyed his part unto
John Webb (book M fol 109) and James Bedwell and John Webb have since divided
the tr and John Webb on 11 Aug 1748 conveyed his part unto ye afsd Robert Bedwell
( Book N Fol 226) adj the present dwelling of John Webb and of Robert Webb 110a
