The State of Texas
County of Caldwell KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, D F Webb, of the County of Caldwell and State of Texas, being of good health and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christianlike manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life.
2. I desire and direct that my just debts be paid out of my estate without delay, by my executrix to be hereinafter appointed.
3. It is my will and desire that all of the property, both real, personal and mixed, I may die seized of and possessed of, after payment of all of my just debts, together with all the expense incident to the probating of this will, shall pass and vest in my beloved wife, Fanny Webb, during her natural life and at her death the remainder to pass to and vest in fee simple to my daughter, Annie Webb and in my son Ernest Webb, share and share alike.
4. I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife, Fanny Webb, executrix of this my last will and testament, and direct that no bond or security be required of her, as executrix and that no other action be held in the county court in the administration of my estate, than to prove and record this will and to return an inventory and appraisement of my estate and list of claims.
