"TERRY D. RUTLEDGE
A funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Sonora Veterans Memorial
Hall for Terry D. Rutledge, 57, of Sonora who died in Tolumne County on Friday.
A native of Porterville, Mr. Rutledge was a retired technical engineer for the
U.S. Air Force. He served in the Air Force in 1956-75 and had eight tours of
duty in Vietnam. Mr. Rutledge was a member of the Vietnam Veterans, VFW, E Clampus
Vitus, Matuca Chapter and the Disabled American Veterans associations. Mr. Rutledge
had lived in Sonora since 1975 and enjoyed photography, four-wheel driving and
flying. He flew for the Embassy for many years. Survivors include his wife of
22 years, Theresia or Sonora; one stepson, Jim Rutledge of West Warick, R.I.;
one sister, Lou Ann Rogers of Porterville; on brother, Reynold Rutledge of Porterville;
