Burial will be in the Bedwell Cemetery. Mr. Bedwell was a farmer and member of Bellview Church of God. He was an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Gladys Bedwell of Columbia; one daughter, Shelia Stinson; five sons, Tex Bedwell, Jimmy Bedwell, Curtis Bedwell, Kenneth Bedwell and Craig Bedwell; one brother, Virgil Bedwell; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren."
