Saline County
As far as I know, Victor Vifquain and his family were the only Belgians in Saline County in 1860. But from 1864, coming from Missouri, John Venlemans ( a brother of Marie Caroline Venlemans - Vifquain ) resided in the County, returning in Missouri in 1869.
