Mozell & Otis met at the Shady Tavern.  Carhops weren't allowed to date customers, but she and Otis found a way.  To be hired as a carhop, Mozell agreed with the manager to lie about her age of 16 if asked, because 18 was minimum age to sell beer.

Baby Orchid Ambulance took Mozell and Beverly from St. Anthony's Hospital, Rm. 321, to their home on Exchange Avenue in Oklahoma City, OK on October 1, 1942 at 3 p.m.  The ambulance, baby basket, and bed were actually used for the trip.
