Wesley Williamson, 1944, on the farm purchased from Alvin Christmas Hetherington on the Missouri-Oklahoma state line 1/4 mile south of Kansas state line and 60 miles north of the Missouri-Arkansas state line in Newton Co., MO. The barn shown in this photo was built by Alvin. Alvin sold most of the Hetherington farm to Wesley, but kept a small parcel to build a home for him and his family.
