[WardOliverFile1.FTW] Charlotte County, Virginia Order Book 31, p 56 July 3, 1841 On a motion satisfactory evidence was addressed in Court to prove that Elizabeth White was a pensioner of the United States at the rate of eighty-eight dollars per annum, that she was a resident of the County of Charlotte, in the state of Virginia, and died in the said County of Charlotte on the 19th day of June 1841, that she left the following surviving children to wit Polly Williams, Catharine Collins, Elizabeth B. Campbell, Nancy P. Hamlett, and William P. White all of whom are of legal age.
