Sampson Paul ROBINS

Sampson Paul ROBINS, born 27 Jan 1833, was the son of the ministers Paul ROBINS and Ann VICKERY. He became a minister himself in 1855, but lasted less than 2 years due to the poor pay and working conditions. Left to become a teacher and later set up the Protestant education system in Quebec and became President of McGill Normal School.

Richard VICKERY was born Nov 5, 1795 in Luxillian, Cornwall. He was a brother of Ann VICKERY another BC minister. Richard died in Torpoint, Cornwall on Jul 22, 1853
