Daniel GADD (1863-1913)

Emily NEAL (c. 1868-1922)

Marriage:
1 Aug 1886
Double wedding with James Gadd (his twin brother).
I suspect that Emily lied about her age (and perhaps her name) on her marriage certificate - perhaps to disguise that she would have been 'under age' when Lydia was concieved in, perhaps, Aug-Sept 1885. There is a match for an Emily Neal aged 10 in the 1881 census (see below) which would have made her 14-15 in 1885.
