Note on Husband: Francis BENNETT

When the rector recorded the baptism of Francis in 1738 he very kindly omitted to record the names of either of his parents! Hence it's a bit difficult to track him back further. However, having trawled through the Gerrans marriage records there are only two BENNET marriages likely to be producing children at that time:

a) John BENNET married Elizabeth ROW on 10-Aug 1717

b) Nicholas BENNET married Blanch ROW on 1-Jun 1717

.. Elizabeth and Blanch being sisters but no trace of a baptism for Nicholas so I cannot tell if he and John were brothers.
