   Elijah D., for many yrs. a resident of Hing. m. first Catherine Davis. She d. 6 July, 1808, at the age of 26 yrs. He m. secondly, in Hing., Nov. 21, 1810, Lucy Beal, dau. of John and Rhoda (James) Beal. She was b. in Hing. Oct. 25, 1781, and d. 17 Feb. 1816, at the age of 34 yrs. His third w., whom he survived, was Temperance James of Scit. She d. in Hing. 29 July, 1846, at the age of 61 yrs. Elijah D. d. 13 July, 1854, at the age of 85 yrs. He was by occupation "baker," and senior partner of the firm of Wilde and Davis, and afts. of Wilde, Davis, and Burr. Resided on North St., West Hing.

         iv.  James, Nov. 29, 1812. Was grad. at Har. Coll. 1832, and settled as a physician at Dux.,
               where he d. Oct. 1887, at the age of 75 yrs.

   Note. -- Franklin A., d. 5 Jan. 1849, at the age of 22 yrs. Eleanor, dau. of Micah, a former resident of Hing., d. at Milton, 8 July, 1851, and was buried in Hing.
