Appeared personally Samuel SHEAVYN of Burton upon Trent in the County of Stafford, Baker and William SHEAVYN of Atherstone in the County of Warwick Draper the Executors named in the last Will and Testament of the said Elizabeth SHEAVYN late of Swarkeston in the County of Derby Widow Deceased, who died on or about the third day of Septemember One Thousand Eight Hundred and fifty and made Oath, that the Estate and Effects of the said Deceased, for, or in respect of which, a Probate of the said Will is to be granted exclusive of what the said Deceased may have been possessed of, or entitled to, as a Trustee for any other person or persons, and not beneficially but including the Leasehold Estate or Estates for years of the Deceased, if any, whether absolute or determinable on Lives, and without deducting anything on account of the Debts, due and owing from the said Deceased, are under the value of Two hundred Pounds, to the best of these Deponent's knowledge, information and belief. This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth SHEAVYN of Swarkeston in the County of Derby Widow. First I Give to my Daughter Rebecca SHEAVYN half of my property of every kind and discription (sic) whatsoever which I am now possessed of The other half I give to my two sons Samuel SHEAVYN and William SHEAVYN to be divided equally between them the property to be valued as soon as convenient after my decease my Daughter Rebecca having the power of taking her Brothers shares of the Valuation and the money to be paid at the end of twelve months if she chooses to do so I appoint my two sons Samuel SHEAVYN and William SHEAVYN Executors of this my last Will. At Lichfield 11th January 1851: Let a Probate of this Will be granted to Samuel SHEAVYN and William SHEAVYN the Joint Executors named therein They being first duly sworn and also that the personal Estate of the said deceased will not amount to the sum of 200£ before me. Sgd: G H LAW, Surrogate
